BODY CARE AND HAIRHello!
Let’s switch to English today, guys! Actually I always always always enjoy writing in English, so I hope you’ll enjoy reading it too!
Recently, I’ve started opening up more about my eating disorder journey - and more importantly, my way out. It’s such a complex topic, layered with both physical and emotional battles, but it’s one I believe is so worth talking about.
While dealing with my eating disorder, I faced many other health challenges: losing my period, experiencing hair loss, feeling so tired and having zero energy. During that time, my body was surviving, not thriving. It was under constant stress, running purely on reserves. And when that happens, the body starts shutting down non-essential functions - like menstruation. Because let’s face it: when your system is in survival mode, reproduction isn’t a priority. That’s not health. That’s crisis mode.
During that time my view on movement was also shaping. One of the biggest shifts in my recovery came when I started to see movement differently. Just a few weeks ago, I had a moment in the gym, like a realisation. Not just a physical breakthrough, but a mental one. I finally felt my strength and what body can actually do. Not just in my muscles, but in my spirit. Every rep, every drop of sweat, became a symbol. A small but powerful reminder of what it means to show up every day and carry our cross - to carry our life - with discipline and grace.
It’s not always easy. It’s definitely not always comfortable. But it’s always worth it. Just like our muscles grow through resistance, our character grows through perseverance. And for me, it’s all connected - physical health, mental well-being, spiritual depth. One affects the other. Always.
Women’s health is even a deeper kind of strength. I believe it deserves way more attention. For years, I wasn’t menstruating. In reality I was depleted. My body couldn’t function properly because it was missing the fuel, the support, the rest and the nutrients it desperately needed.
That was also around the time I discovered Sanbera - a Swiss brand that changed the way I view supplementation and female wellness. Sanbera offers high-quality, science-backed daily multivitamins designed specifically for women’s health and energy. What stood out to me is how intentional their products are: plant-based, clean and created to work with your body, not against it.
Especially for women who train regularly or have gone through physical stress (like I did), supporting your body with the right nutrients isn’t just helpful - it’s essential. Sanbera’s formulas are designed to replenish what we often lose through intense workouts, stress, or hormonal imbalances. Regular intense training, stress, or undernourishment can disrupt balance, often leading to issues like irregular or lost periods. That’s why proper support is essential. They’ve helped me not just recover, but restore balance in a sustainable way. Because, GIRLS AND WOMEN!, strong performance starts with a healthy cycle and a well-fueled body.
So what’s the point? The point is that your health matters. Your strength matters. Not just the kind people can see - the kind that radiates from the inside out. From hormonal balance to energy, from mental clarity to emotional resilience.
Recovery taught me this: real strength starts from within. From your mind and soul. So whether you’re at the beginning of your wellness journey, deep in the middle, or just now picking yourself back up - keep showing up. Keep pressing in. Take care of your body like it’s the only one you’ve got. Because it is. Nourish it. Move it. Support it.
And most importantly, believe in its ability to heal.
